what is he talking about? i got that they want to prove their love with St. Celia.
is that right ?

And then does it talk about the light inside each person and that i might go out like the sun sets or is it something else?

I think celia is just a character in the play and not a saint. when he says prove their love it means have sex (the sports of love).
When it talks about light it means life, and when you die it's like perpetual night and they won't be able to be together.
